Sports & Spine Rehab, s.c. was established in January, 1995 as a result of Dr. Wolfe's vision to develop a facility for people of all ages dedicated to the concept of total health and fitness. Dr. Wolfe, Dr. Katzmann and their trained staff will develop a personalized plan for you that will combine good Chiropractic care with exercise rehabilitation. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a 1,000 square foot Rehabilitation Facility, they will guide you towards a healthy, pain-free lifestyle. Dr. J. Aaron Wolfe

Dr. Wolfe attended the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, minored in Pre-Medicine and received several athletic awards. He also attended the National College of Chiropractic where he completed four years of study and internship and earned both his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.

While pursuing his formal education and training, Dr. Wolfe’s vision was to develop a facility for people of all ages, dedicated to the concept of total health and fitness. He established Sports & Spine Rehab in 1995. Dr. Wolfe feels that a combination of good Chiropractic care, along with the proper exercise rehabilitation, will allow a person to live pain free. At Sports & Spine Rehab, after a complete professional evaluation, Dr. Wolfe and his trained staff develop a personalized plan for each patient.

Aside from his work at Sports & Spine Rehab, Dr. Wolfe is also a Team Chiropractor for the Chicago Fire Major League Soccer Team and Official Chiropractor for the National Pro Fastpitch's Expansion Softball Team, The Chicago Bandits. Dr. Wolfe is head athletic trainer for Lincoln-Way East Community High School and also served as the team physician at the 1999 USA Women's World Cup Soccer championship. In 1997, Dr. Wolfe traveled to Taipei, Taiwan to fill the role of athletic trainer at the Junior Olympics. He also served as an Official Chiropractor at the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour in Chicago from September 2-5, 2004 at North Avenue Beach. Dr. Wolfe was also selected to serve as Chiropractor at the U.S. Olympics Training Center for 2005.

Dr. Wolfe devotes whatever time he has left to volunteering his services where he can. He spent several days as a Chiropractor for New York Incident Response at Ground Zero in New York City after the September 11th tragedy. There, Dr. Wolfe helped rescue workers stretch their muscles, relieving stress and taped rescue workers wrists and hands for additional support. Dr. Wolfe also used his chiropractic skills to treat refugees in Bosnia through the "Care for Children" organization. He worked with the children's adoptive caregivers, showing them how to perform infant massage and demonstrated various exercises and posture training to strengthen the musculoskeletal development for the children.

 

Dr. Bradley Katzmann

Dr. Katzmann grew up in the Lincoln-Way area and is a 1996 graduate of Lincoln-Way High School. He played football there under Coach Rob Glielmi and volleyball under Coach Kendall Villa. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard.

Dr. Katzmann has been assisting Dr. Wolfe and his trainers at Sports & Spine Rehab for the past five years while attending college. Along with Dr. Wolfe, Dr. Katzmann served as an Official Chiropractor at the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour in Chicago from September 2-5, 2004 at North Avenue Beach. He is part of the Chiropractic staff for the Chicago Fire Major League Soccer Team. He also serves as an Official Chiropractor for the National Pro Fastpitch's Expansion Softball Team, The Chicago Bandits. In his spare time, Dr. Katzmann is a volunteer doctor for the Mokena Burros Youth Football League.

 

Kathryn Fahey

Kathryn Fahey is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She specializes in Sports and Orthopedic massage, deep tissue, myofascial, and Passive Positional Release techniques. A graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy, she has had extensive training in anatomy, physiology and technique, along with additional classes for special certification in the field of Sports and Orthopedic Massage.

 

Cody Cowman

Cody earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis on Athletic Training.  He has since become a Licensed Athletic Trainer and works for Dr. Wolfe as well as being an Athletic Trainer at Lincoln-Way East High School.

 

Matt Zalewski

Matt is a graduate of Western Illinois University and earned a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Athletic Training. He has worked as an Athletic Trainer for the Frankfort Falcons football league and the Mokena Burros football league. He will work as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Lincoln-Way East High School.
